Selectshop is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of public entities’ websites and mobile applications and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (EAA).
This declaration applies to the website: selectshop.eu
Website publication date: 10.06.2025
Date of last significant update: 10.06.2025
Accessibility Status
The website is partially compliant with the annex to Directive (EU) 2019/882 of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (OJ EU L 2019 No. 151.70, hereinafter: EAA) due to the non-compliances or exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible Content
Contact form – currently, not all form fields have text labels associated with the fields, which may hinder navigation for screen reader users. You can also contact us by phone at +48 530 597 955 or by email at [email protected]; completing the form is not required.
- We are working on providing alternative (alt) text for all images available on the website – some older images may still require updates. All new images already have alt descriptions. We plan to complete the descriptions for images published before 28 June 2025 by the end of 2026.
- Archived documents (e.g., terms & conditions, privacy policies) published before 28 June 2025 may not be fully digitally accessible. If you require access to these documents, please contact us – we will prepare an accessible format on request.
- Keyboard navigation – currently, not all elements on the website can be accessed using only a keyboard. We are working to implement full keyboard navigation by the end of 2026. If you encounter problems accessing certain content, please contact us – our staff are ready to help you use the website or place orders. We will find an alternative solution together.
Disproportionate Burden
Ensuring accessibility of some website functionalities (e.g., advanced interactive visualizations) could involve very high costs, which have been assessed as a disproportionate burden according to the assessment criteria in Annex VI EAA.
